Carpet Underlay

New Zealand Foam Latex currently manufactures several types of Carpet Underlay.

Double Sided Latex Foam Underlay, available thicknesses: 4.7mm, 6.5mm and 9.0mm. Constructed from latex rubber, textron paper and hessian. New Zealand Foam Latex underlays are very hard wearing, high quality products which are manufactured to the requirements of AS 4288-2003 Soft underlays for textile floor coverings.

Product Specifications (4.7mm), pictured: The roll width is 1.83m and the roll lengths can be either 11m (29kg) or 15m (39.5kg). The rolls are packaged in plastic. The 4.7 mm thick rolls are 1440 +/- 50 g/m2.

Product Specifications (6.5mm): The roll width is 1.83m and the roll length is 11m (29.0kg), 1440 +/- 50 g/m2.

Product Specifications (9.0mm): The roll width is 1.83m and the roll length is 7.5m (33.5kg), 2440 +/- 50 g/m2.

Single Sided Latex Foam Underlay, 6.5mm thickness. Constructed from latex rubber and Textron paper or hessian. New Zealand Foam Latex underlays are very hard wearing, high quality products which are manufactured to the requirements of AS 4288-2003 Soft underlays for textile floor coverings.

Pictured is the 6.5mm latex foam underlay with hessian carrier (the alternative is Textron paper).

Product Specifications (hessian carrier): The roll width is 1.83m and the length is 11m (31.5kg). The rolls are packaged in plastic. The rolls are 1560 +/- 50 g/m2.

Product Specifications (Textron paper carrier): The roll width is 1.83m and the length is 11m (28.5kg). The rolls are packaged in plastic. The rolls are 1415 +/- 50 g/m2.
